Slugsy is Stingo's only friend and is not the brightest of the bunch. He is just as naughty as Stingo and has a crush on Primrose but of course the feeling is not mutual!
The show follows energetic and cheery Fifi on her journey whether she is looking after her friends or trying to stop Stingo and Slugsy in another one of their schemes.
