Q. I want to order 10 of your items on your website, but they're all completely different products. Do I have to pay separate amounts for each one?
A. Absolutely not. Our £4.95 delivery charge really means that you can purchase as many different items as you like, even if this means you want 3 duvet covers, a beanbag and a packet of stickarounds.

Q. Does the £4.95 Special Postage Offer include reduced items?
A. Yes, absolutely! No matter what the product, what the price, the maximum charge is just £4.95 for UK customers.

Q. I live outside of the UK, does the £4.95 charge apply for me too?
A. Unfortunately at this time our Special Postage Offer of £4.95 applies only to our UK customers. However we offer very competitive combined shipping rates for all of our international customers too. Dependant on the quantity of products you commit to buy, and where you live, we may be able to offer a discount for you too. If you're unsure, please contact us, and we'll be very happy to help find the best delivery option available for you.

For European Customers: Flat rate of £20.00 Up to 2KG. For Packages heavier you can pay for the item and we will get in touch if you need to pay any extra postage.
For American Customers: Unfortunately we no longer deliver outside of Europe.
